Our home

Custom built contemporary home by owner 18 years ago so landscaping is mature and gives the house excellent privacy. The house faces south and has lots of sunny glass to make you feel like you are outside when you are inside. There is a newly built sunroom in the front which reaches out to a deck wrapped around entire front of house. Very large kitchen and livingroom with 20 foot high ceilings. First floor master bedroom with a large jacousey in large marble bath. Upstairs there is an office and three bedrooms. Five bathrooms in all.

Property features

Who we are

  1. Joel will be 67 in a couple of months and I am 58. Joel is mostly retired but does dabble in flowers - specifically daylilies - they are all around the house. I have taught blind children in the city for the past 20 years and am looking forward to retiring in the next 5 years.
We have three great children and one grandson who live out of town.
We like to go to out with friends, view movies, eat out and travel.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

Worcester, Massachusetts is the second largest city in New England. About one hour from Historic Boston, 1 1/2 hous to the Maine coast and also Newport, RI, three hours from the Green Mountains in Vermont, two hours from the White mountains in New Hamphshire, three hours to Cape Cod and also New York City. One would not know they are living in a busy city because the house in located off the beaten track on a cul-da-sac. Street has only seven very custom homes which were all built within the last 20 years. Neighbors are very friendly.
You can sit out on the deck on a summer's evening in complete privacy or take a ten minute drive to a good restaurant and prime shopping.
