Our home
Surrounded by oak trees and golden hills, its peaceful setting makes this house a quiet get-away. The large master bedroom commands a view of hillside and oak trees, with a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Dine informally in the breakfast nook or in the formal dining room, both adjacent to the modern kitchen. The gas stove and marble countertop faces the family room so that the hostess can socialize with guests while cooking. There is a separate studio downstairs, perfect for teens to enjoy their own space. We love the light, cheerful atmosphere created by the many windows that look out onto beautiful oak trees.

Ned is a chemical engineer who has worked for Chevron Oil Company for 37 years. Yvette is a retired teacher. We enjoy entertaining, hiking, golf, riding bicycles, and sailing. We love meeting new people and seeing new places. We love children. Our kids are grown; we have two grandsons.

We love the safe, friendly neighborhood. The neighbor's pet llama "Mack" can often be seen from our window.
