Our home

Our house is a typical California suburban house. The house is 2600 square feet. This house is very functional and has 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths. A kitchen with a nook -breakfast room- and a family room (HDTV, radio) tile flooring, a living room (stereo) and a full dining room. Plus an office/Computer Room. We have a lawn upfront and a "Mediterranean" style garden in the back. A figue tree, two peaches, Lemongrass, Thym, oregano, mint, salvia ect and a Rose mound plus other flowers here and there. We have a large patio with a fountain and a BBQ.

  1. We are a family of 2. JM and Vicki. JM works for a software company and I am in health care. We do not smoke, we enjoy eating out and walking. We love almost any type of Architecture and Art in general.

Where is it?

Santa Rosa is in Northern California, about 50 mn from San Francisco, 45 mn away from Sausalito. We are at the door of the Sonoma vineyards, a stone throw away. Besides Sf and Sausalito in the south you have Berkeley 50 mn, San Jose (2 hr). East you will find of course Sacramento and lake Tahoe, the Sierra foothills made famous during the gold rush and by Jack London who lived in Sonoma County and still has his ranch now a National Park in Glen Ellen. West we have the famous "Barbary Coast" and Route 1 following our rugged and pristine Coast. Bodega Bay, made famous by A. Hitchcock in the movie The Birds, Olema, Fort Bragg, Albion and Fort Ross an old Russian trading post. The coast is an 40 mn away following the Russian River. You will find oysters, salmons and Dungeness crabs among other natural local bounties. Our major crop is now Grapes. We have a wide array of Vineyards and Wineries. We have restaurants for every occasions from the luxurious to the Mexican Wagon and everything in between. Sonoma County is a beautiful place to live in. You will see picture perfect towns like Healdsburg, Sebastopol, Saint Helena. Choices will be guided by your sense of adventure. We have a Toyota Echo 2 doors AS 4 people.
