Our home

Our two-story condominum is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The back deck/balcony overlooks an estuary home to many local and migratory birds. The size of our home is 1350 sqft/125.5 sqm.
On the first floor is the living room, a dining area, a kitchen with a breakfast nook overlooking a wooden deck with pottet plants and a Japanese plum tree,a guest bathroom, and a laundry closet with a European washer and dryer.
On the second floor is a master bedroom with a king-size bed and an adjoining bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has a sofa which can be converted into a single bed, and there is another bathroom with bathtub/shower combination.

Who we are

  1. My husband John has retired from his technical sales job. He now enjoys working as a local guide and riding his mountain bike. I am a preschool teacher and outdoor educator for young children. I also like to ride my bike, and we take our kayaks out to explore the waters around our neighborhood.
We love good food and wine, being with friends, listen to good music, and like to travel whenever we can.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

We live in Marin County, one of the most scenic areas in all of California. Our home is close to national and state parks with many hiking and biking trails, giant redwood forest, lakes for fishing and relaxing. Rodeo, Muir, and Stinson beach can be reached in 30 min. and San Francisco in 20 min. Other drives can take you to Napa Valley and Sonoma wineries within 40 min. On Thursdays and Sunday mornings we walk or bike to our Farmers Market where we do our organic food shopping.
