Our home

Our home is a new southwest style condominium located on the green area of Mill Creek. From our windows and patio, there are great views of the stunning red rock cliffs of the Moab Rim and of the LaSal mountains. Our two-story home is light and airy with a vaulted ceiling, hardwood floors, berber carpet and ceramic floor tile. A cozy reading nook has great mountain views. We are located on a quiet private street and from our door there is easy access to walking and biking trails, downtown shops and dining. Our home has 3 bedrooms, but one is used as an office. The master bedroom has 2 twin beds and the guest bedroom has a double futon. Use of a car may also be available.

Property features

Who we are

  1. We are Tim and Janine, a married couple in our 50s. Tim is a retired patent attorney and Janine is a semi-retired biostatistician. We love the outdoors and moved to Moab to enjoy the many outdoor recreational opportunities. Tim's passion is mountain biking and Janine's is hiking and enjoying the stunning flowers of the desert. We enjoy occasional city exchanges for a change of pace and love good food, good books and traveling. We've completed three home exchanges and had good experiences with all.
