Our home

Our modern well maintained bungalow comfortably sleeps four, with an additional occasional room available. It is equipped with a good, varied library and CD collection and cable TV.
We have a private beach and access to a beach walk.
Snow capped Mt. Baker can be viewed across Hales Passage from nearly all rooms especially from the comfortable conservatory and master bedroom. The sunrise is magnificent.
We also have a couple of competent sons living nearby and in Bellingham. The are useful in emergencies.
A reliable Honda Accord can be included in an exchange.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

Our 25-year-old waterfront home is located near the Lummi Island ferry dock providing easy access to Bellingham (20 min), Vancouver (60min), Victoria and Seattle (2hrs).
Available activities include sightseeing, kayaking, sailing, walking, mountain hiking, birding and snow sports. A small rowboat and kayak can be available. Boat trips can possibly be arranged with our son. Lummi Island has two restaurants, a small store, a Saturday farmers market, library, post office and hosts many artists and artisans.
Bellingham is a small university town on Bellingham Bay and offers many recreational activities, good eating and entertainment. Also there is a summer ferry from Bellingham to Victoria, a scenic train ride to Seattle and whale watching trips.
