We have a lovely 880sqft, 2 bed, 1 bath, 1920's Spanish style Bungalow. Our space is clean, modern and artsy with hardwood floors throughout. A perfect space for a single, couple, or 3 friends. 4 if you really want to push it.
My husband and I are both artists and love our house very much. And so do our friends. It is filled with positive vibes and we would appreciate having like minded people in our home. Please be considerate, cool, mature and responsible. No smoking in the house and no pets allowed. Great house in a great location, to be enjoyed.
My Husband and I, are both Artists. We are both film buffs and love going to the Movie Theatres. We are also both from London, so are a couple of Brits!
We love hanging out with our variety of friends and meeting new people and dining out. We are physically active, and are continuously working towards our goals.
We regard 'success' as mental, emotional, spiritual and physical growth and movement as well as the obvious career achievements.
Echo Park is one of the 3 Artsy areas in Los Angeles. (Los Feliz and Silverlake are the other 2 - which are our neighbours). We are right by Elysian Park - the biggest 'green grassed' park in LA, and Dodger Stadium is a stone throw away - although we are never affected by any noise - on the contrary; it is very quiet where we live. But go 2blks and you are in the hustle n bustle of it all. Our house is 2blks North of Sunset Blvd where you can find hip cafe's, boutique stores, and trendy nite spots for the more 'underground' crowd.
Echo Park is between Silverlake and Downtown Los Angeles, and we have access to all the freeways. Hollywood is 15mins away, the beach - 35mins.
China Town is close by, and so are the world's largest density of Lotuses.
