Our home

Our home is a three bedroom home located in a historic district in Jacksonville, FL. Our home is on a quiet street overlooking a small park and is best described as a Cape Cod, but looks like an old Dutch Farm house. The home was built in 1922, but completely remodeled in 2001. There is a nice deck and ddep garden. We have two young children, so our home will easily accomodate your youngsters.

Who we are

  1. We are Jan, Drew, Ellie and Leyden. I am a stay-at-home Mom to our two daughters (aged 1 and 3). Previously I worked in politics in Washington, DC. Drew is an airline pilot in the US. Our daughters are sweet, used to travel and staying in other peoples homes. We love the outdoors, love to ride bikes, ski, scuba dive, hike, dine, take in sites, meet new people and just hang out. We are open to a city or more rural destination. We are very easy going and are interested in other cultures. We have lived abroad (three years in a small city in the Netherlands) and appreciate the wonderful differences of other countries. Also, we are quite open to seeing other parts of the US. Because of Drew's job, our schedule is VERY flexible.
