Our home

We offer a large and beautiful town house in the center of the historic Spa town of Harroagte. We have six bedrooms, one with two single beds, a nursery and four double beds. There are two living rooms, one study, a wine cellar and seperate utility room , and a large kitchen over 40 sq ftwhere all the family can eat. It's a very big house and a typical Victorian house with wooden floor, fireplaces in every room and recently refurbished and redecorated. We have two cars, a parking space, a decked rear garden and a lawned front garden. Harrogate is the gateway to the North of England.

Who we are

  1. Our names are Grant and Caroline and we are 32 and have just had our first child Oscar(3 weeks old as I type) and we have a Russian Blue cat called Pushca. We have lived in Harrogate for 18 months having moved from Sydney and living in London prior to that. We are a gregarious family looking for new experiences and keen to travel to new places having lived in 5 different continents. Our home reflects our travels and experiences and the comfort which we enjoy.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

Harrogate was recently voted in the top 3 locations to live in the UK and it is easy to see why. The town itself is quiet but beautiful with fantastic architecture, shopping, restaraunts, the new spa and access to the rest of the North of England. York is 30 minutes away and the Lake district can be accessed in just over an hour. You are close enough but also far enough away. The house itself is a 2 minute walk to the train station if you don't drive and the airport is also a 20 minute drive for accessing Europe and the rest of the UK. Best of all however we are right next to the Yorkshire Dales and all they have to offer.
