  1. My son Paul and I (Helena) are in the tv biz. We are very respectuful of others and their belongings and hope you are too! We are proud to say that we designed and built our house in 2003. It is a 2 storey but the downstairs is not avalailable for exchange, only the upstairs which is 3 bed/ 2 bath 2,000 sf described above. Unless, if you are a big family and need the extra bedrooms, we can talk. We would like to do a car exchange with the home exchange, if you're intereted too? We have lived in Europe for extended periods, like to travel and have so far been to Canada, Mexico, various parts of the Caribbean, Spain, Portugal, France, the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, Italy, Greece, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Morocco, England, Ireland, Scotland and China. We both love to cook and our kitchen reflects that - it has EVERYTHING! As of June, 2010, we are looking to exchange in any of the following: 1) anywhere in the Caribbean, boat or houseswap, 2) the Red Sea, 3) Houseboat swap in Kerala, India, 4) Cote d'Azure or south of France, house or boat swap, 5) Ireland or 6) Meditarranean Coast of Spain. Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

Our home is located in the upscale neighborhood of University Heights within the Flagstaff city limits. The Country Club golf course is ten minutes from the house and does NOT require a membership to use. You can cycle from one end of town to the other in an hour on our urban trail system which runs through forests and NAU. Flagstaff's downtown is small and quaint and has retained it's old town flavor and history, for example there is a 100 year old haunted hotel and an old fashioned diner along with great boutiques, restaurants and shows at the Orpheum Theatre. The address of the train station is "1 East Route 66"!
