Our home

A remodeled 1950 home in southwest Colorado with views of the mountains to the east and north. Our lot is private with an attractive yard and outer deck. We have added a comfortable master bedroom, with an adjacent bathroom that has a nice steam shower and an antique claw foot tub. There is a wood burning stove in the main part of the house, which is nice in the cold months. Nearby is a sunny office space. Kitchen is very well stocked, and the home takes advantage of the light.

  1. We are Todd and Ashley. I am a Real Estate home inspector and my wife is a Dance and School Teacher. We have a 15 year old boy and 13 year old girl. We love world travel and adventure, and are committed to showing our kids as much of the world as possible. We enjoy outdoor fun like skiing, hiking, kayaking, river rafting, and especially adore ocean going pastimes like surfing and snorkeling. We have done 2 house trades in Hawaii.
