Our home

This home was converted into a duplex. We live in the back a couple of days a month when we work on things in that area. The front unit has two bedrooms, thermostat controled gas wall heat, a large tiled kitchen with out an oven or refrige, and a small office with tiled floors. The bathroom is tiled and has a tub. The yard is fenced with a gate so you can bring your pet and relax. There is a small flower garden in the back, and things will grow all year round. There is a palm tree a big pecan and a small orange tree.
The home is vacant but being advertised locally for rent, so it may not be available for very much longer as an exchange home. However it seems that we do have a vacant extra house somewhere most of the time that would be available for an exchange I have included a pic of one, then there is our house that is unfinished. So just email or call for more info. and pics.

Property features

Who we are

  1. My husband and I are real estate investors. We are 33 and 41.7777777 y.o.. We own several homes in various areas in California. My old man works on our properties when he feels like it. Nothing fancy, No castles overlooking the seashore, not much wow factor I guess in the structures themselves. But what we do have is California weather all the time. The ocean, San francisco, Sacramento, Chico or the national forests are within 1 to 3 hours drive. Or just chill on the Eel, feather, american, sacramento, Russian rivers. Look for Gold in Magalia or whales in Mendocino. I like to drive right past the dozens of wineries on my apple hunts to Philo or Booneville (think you can understand the locals speaking bootling). Grab a red tail or black hawk at the source. Find the lost coast just past the tallest tree in the world.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

Downtown, a short walk down hill is full of historical value, antique shops, "Minors Alley" where you can almost see the goasts of yesterday, soliciting a customer from the balcony of the at one time happenin saloon.
The evidence of gold can be seen everywhere. The sidewalks in town sparkles with what looks exactly like gold, but it is fools gold or is it ? The well known four forks of the Feather River feed lake Oroville that sits like a great prize above the City, giving it some of the cleanest best tasting water I have ever tasted.
Downtown Oroville also has the pristine Feather River flowing on its boarder. So as you walk or ride your bike along the paved pathway you can see huge salmon jump, bald eagles catch and eat them, all while you listen to the free concert in the public park, the one with the museum, flower gardens and gazebo.
There are miles of public hiking and horseback ridding trails. SACRAMENTO is about an hours drive south and Chico 20 min. north.
