Our home

The house sits in a clearing on a wooded hillside, approximately 50 feet above the rocky shoreline. From the front porch you can look southeasterly toward open ocean and Monhegan Island. From the private dock and float, you can fish and watch the osprey and eagles on the Audubon Society's Hogg Island, a half mile across Muscungus Sound. Climbing along the property’s rocky shoreline, you can gather mussels for dinner while you watch lobstermen tending their traps.

The house, located on the Pemaquid Peninsula and looking out over the Muscongous Sound on the Atlantic Ocean, is designed with open floor-plan -- living room with cathedral ceiling and woodstove, dining room, one bedroom and bath downstairs, two bedrooms and bath and loft upstairs. The modern kitchen offers cookbooks and all "necessary" appliances, including food processor and commercial gas range.

The guest cottage has two bedrooms (one with double bed, one with double and single), full bath, kitchenette and sitting room with woodstove, and an elevated deck.
