Local Post Office & shop within 2 mins walk. The village has a good country pub with excellent food.
The surrounding countryside is ideal for walking, with beautiful villages, typically English pubs & canalside walks.

Northampton is 8 miles away. We are 15 mins from the M1 motorway.

The house has 2 shower/ bathrooms, kitchen, 2 studies, conservatory and 40 ft long lounge/dining area (this includes conservatory). Rear of house overlooks a pretty garden, patio and open fields.

There is a choice of two cars for exchange. The smaller one is a Ford Fiesta 1.25 litre saloon and the larger is an Audi 2.5 litre estate.
