Our home

Nice newer family home with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. Master suite with large bathroom, soaking tub and look through fireplace between bedroom and bathroom. Main floor with large family room and kitchen. There is a deck off of the kitchen which overlooks a greenbelt, and a large front porch with seating for 6 and a BBQ for warm summer days. Downstairs recreation room with large TV, Foosball table, and basketball game. Pull out double bed and Pull out twin bed also.

Who we are

  1. We are a family of 5. My husband and I have been married 16 years. We have 3 children ages 14, 12 and 9. I do not work out of the home, my husband is employed by a technology company as a Director of Events. Our children attend a Spanish Immersion school and are fluent in Spanish.

Our house is on a dead end street. We live in a planned Urban village (www.issaquahhighlands.com)
with walking trails, tennis courts, playgrounds, and community shops and restaurants. Downtown Issaquah is 5 minutes away with lots of shopping and restaurants. Lake Sammamish State park is 10 minutes away with swimming and boating. Downtown Seattle is very close also, about 30 minute drive. Daily bus service is available from our neighborhood into Seattle also. There are endless amounts of activities nearby.(Zoo, aquarium, Science Center, Space Needle, Ferries)
