Our home

"Barton Cottage" is a 200 year old(at least) terrace cottage close to the town centre of Winchcombe, an ancient, unspoiled market town located in the North Cotswolds. The cottage is located in the Conservation Area
with lovely pastoral views of the Cotswold hills to the rear.
Downstairs is the living room, dining room, small kitchen and utility room, while upstairs are two bedrooms and full bathroom. Our home is cosy, clean and comfortable.

Who we are

  1. We are Lynette and Richard, retired realtor and teacher. We've lived in Winchcombe for about 15 years having lived and worked in Canada for many years. We like to travel, spending time in a second home we own in France. We have 3 married daughters, two in the New York/Connecticut areas and the other on the west coast in Victoria, BC. We enjoy walking, gardening, being National Trust members and attending Shakespeare plays at the Royal Shakespeare Centre in Stratford-upon-Avon.
