Our home

We live in a large four bedroomed house in Colehill set in woodlands at the end of a short unadopted road. The house is a family home with all the features needed for a comfortable and enjoyable break in this beautiful part of Dorset. The house has a fully fitted kitchen and three bathrooms as well as a large lounge with satellite TV. There are four bedrooms and the downstairs 2nd lounge can be made into an additional bed room with a fold out bed.The Colehill village is a quiet suburb of Wimborne the beautiful historic Dorset town with its ancient Minster and an abundance of pubs and restaurants as well as a theatre called the Tivoli.
The main lounge has a log burner for those cold winter nights.

Who we are

My name is Keith and I am married to Linda and we have two grown up children James and Charlotte. We love to travel and explore new places and home swaps are a great way to do this and we always treat other peoples homes with the respect we would want ours to be treated. We love animals and enjoy nights out in Wimborne as well as a night in with a bottle of wine watching a good film with the log burner keeping the house warm.

Colehill is a quiet suburb of Wimborne and has bus routes to both Wimborne and Bournemouth being about 7 miles from the beaches and shops of Bournemouth the main town in Dorset. Wimborne has a a variety of pbns, restaurants a museum a theatre as well as the beautiful Minster. The location is a great base to explore the fantastic Dorset countryside and visit places such as Lulworth, Studland, Corfe Castle, Weymouth etc.
If you like beaches Poole has some of the best in the country.
