Our home

Our home is clean and comfortable with sea views. The entrance hall leads to a breakfast room and large kitchen, off the breakfast room is the dinning room and also a shower room with toilet. The dining room has a comfortable seating area with open fire and the dining area at the rear with patio doors leading to the rear garden. The lounge is at the front having a gas fire, TV etc. and sea views. Upstairs there are four bedrooms, two are double bedrooms, one is a study and the other a store room. To the rear of the house is a large garden and views to surrounding countryside.

Who we are

We are Paul and Jill we are in our late fifties and decided to take early retirement and move to Norfolk. We are non smokers and have no children or pets. We enjoy travelling, walking and birdwatching. We have successfully completed six exchanges and have also travelled extensivelly in other countries. A car exchange is optional.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

The house is situated on the outskirts of West Runton village. It is approximately a five minute walk to the village shops, restaurants and a public house, the beach is just round the corner from the village. The train station is about a 15 minute walk from the house and the buses stops almost by the front door. We are half way between Cromer and Sheringham two lovely seaside towns on the North Norfolk coast. Nature reserves, country houses and golf couses are close by. Norwich a fine city with museums, restaurants, shops and nightlife is only 23 miles away and easily accessible by train. There are country and woodland walks close by. Cambridge, Sandringham and the Broads are all day trips away.
