Our home

Our house is double fronted, detached Victorian. It retains many of the original features. It is very spacious with three large reception rooms in addition to 3 bedrooms and a study. There are two bedrooms with double beds - one room has an en-suite bathroom and dressing area, the other an en-suite shower. There is another bathroom. There would also be a single bedroom / study available. The garden is very large and private with patio area, mature shrubs and trees, lawns and vegetable patch.

Who we are

  1. We are Jane and Tim, in our mid fifties with three children. Two are grown up and live away from home - one in Melbourne, hence our reason for house exchange. The third is 18 and would probably stay in our home while we were away, but the house is plenty big enough. We are both teachers and enjoy taking full advantage of the long holidays to travel. We have done a house exchange once before to Vancouver in 2001 which worked very well.
