Your neighbourhood

Situated on a cul-de-sac this home is at the beginning of a beautiful cliff-side walk to the village of Studland. The property includes land up to the high-water-mark on the beach but you have to take a small public path to get there.
The house is situated a 15 minute walk along the seafront from Swanage town centre. A local corner-store for provisions is a 5 minute walk.
A 10 minute walk takes you to public tennis courts and a putting green. A golf course is less than 3 miles away.
Swanage has several excellent restaurants, the closest just down the street.
The area is called the "Isle of Purbeck" which is on the Jurassic coast and is known for its wonderful hiking. The renowned village of Corfe Castle is only 4 miles away and can even be reached by steam train.
