Our home

We have 3 bed Neo Georgian mid terrace house with 2 double bedroom and 1 single bed. Bathroom with bath and shower. Our good sized dining room/work room conservatory gives on to our South West facing garden which is very secure and the back gives on to a 9 Par golf course which is open to all.

Property features

Who we are

  1. We are both 42 with a 3 year old toddler. I work from home and my partner is a builder. I am half french and half Irish and my partner is English with Scottish origins (though he has never lived there). We both like travelling. We own a property in france but as it does not have a bathroom installed we have not added this on this website as people might find it a bit rough!

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

Lower Sunbury is located by the river Thames on the outskirts of west London. It is a safe and friendly area and considered the upmarket part of Sunbury.
We are 2 mns walk from our 9 Par golf course which has a bar. We are 5 mns walk from a small parade of shops which include a Londis open all hours, an off licence, a friendly little cafe/tea room and an Italian restaurant which seems to have a good reputation with the locals.

But for anyone visiting this part of the world who does not know it too well we have the benefits of being located near London and its historic sites within being in the town centre. Richmond town centre (driving about 10mns) by train (the train station is 10mns walk from the house) is about 20mns on the train. Waterloo Station will take you about 40mns to get in by train.

We are about 15mns drive from Windsor Castle and Legoland, 10msn from Thorpe Park, Chessington Park is also not far away. For walkers and cyclists there are lots of walks by the Thames with its pubs - just minutes from our house.

We have a great leisure centre (drive about 10/15msn from house )which is relatively inexpensive and brand new with the following facilities: soft play for young kids, 25 mn pool, sauna, steam and jaccuzzi and a climbing frame for the young ones and adults alike.

The best shopping are in Staines and Kingston and there is a bus straight out of our close which takes you direct and you dont have to worry with parking.
