Our home

Modern detached house with 2 double bedrooms (1 ensuite), another full bathroom, study with wi-fi, large closet.
Downstairs a fully fitted kitchen with American fridge freezer and wine fridge. Large lounge /dining room and cloakroom.
Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Large TV with Sky HD, cd player, dvd player with very large dvd library, and ipod dock.

Outside is a south facing private garden. There is also off road car parking.

  1. We, Joy and Phil are a retired couple who have lived in the States and France. With children in Canada, Texas and Worcester we are seldom still!

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

Situated within walking distance of the town centre and railway/bus station with train access to London and bus services to all parts of Cornwall. A Tesco Express is literally across the road (though out of sight and earshot)while Asda, Tesco, Aldi and Lidl are within easy reach.
The Eden Project is a couple of miles away and can be reached by bus (stop outside Tesco Express) The South Coast and its beaches are 5 minutes by car as is the romantic old harbour at Charlestown with its historic rigged boats.
Mevagissey, Looe and Fowey are all easily accessible as is the lovely cathedral town of Truro.
Newquay and its surfing beaches are 15 miles away, while St Ives may be reached in under an hour.
And of course the area is renowned for its Famous Gardens which include the Lost Gardens of Heligan.
There are theatres in Truro and Plymouth,cinemas in St Austell and Truro while the area boasts many good restaurants like Jamie Olivers and Rick Steins which,of course specialise among other things,in fresh fish dishes.
