Our home
We live in a lovely four bedroom Edwardian house in Royal Tunbridge Wells, which is a town in the heart of the Kent countryside, 45 minutes from London and yet also 40 minutes drive to the seaside.
We have a large kitchen eating area with doors which open out onto a west facing garden and BBQ area.
We have four bedrooms, two bathrooms and three toilets. We also have a large utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
There is a good size garden and a trampoline. We have three adult bikes and three childrens bikes.
In summer, we enjoy opening up our kitchen doors and sitting on the decking in the sunshine having a BBQ.
We live in a great town which has some good restaurants, bars and cafes. Also some lovely historic areas. Plus we are just 45 minutes on the train to the centre of London.
It's a great family home. We are ten minutes walk from the centre of Royal Tunbridge Wells. Five minutes to the local park with swings, playground, sandpit and tennis courts, football pitch and skatepark.
We are also minutes from local food shops and cafes.

We are a family of four trying a house exchange for the first time. My husband and I are in our 40s. I am a journalist and my husband is a Head of department at a college. We have two children, a boy aged 12 and a girl of 9.
We're looking for one week somewhere at easter from the 2nd of April. We don't mind where? Sweden, Spain, somewhere easy to get to.
We're also looking for two weeks in the summer from the 24th of July. We could do a week somewhere first and then another week somewhere else. Ideally with a pool or near a beach.

Royal Tunbridge Wells is a great historic town, in the heart of Kent, which is considered the Garden of England.
Kent is a wonderful county of England, with interesting towns, historic castles, great beaches, yet Royal Tunrbidge Wells is 45 minutes by train to central London.
In Tunbridge Well, you can go to restaurants, cafés and interesting shopping plus the historic 17th century area of the pantiles.
You can walk from our house to lovely areas of countryside and also take the bikes and cycle on disused historic railway lines and cycling.
Tunbridge Wells is also 45 minute drive to the beach so you can visit Hastings Brighton and Eastbourne all within easy distance.
