Our home

Our home is very comfortable and homely, clean and spacious. The house has two double bedrooms, and a music room with a dbl bed settee available, there are large settee that may be used as single bed. a lounge, a large kitchen with an aga range (so easy), opening onto a dining room, a drawing room onto a covered deck ideal for eating and drinking with friends and family, the garden is completely private, with outdoor lights and views of the pennie moors.

    we may travel with our two friends or our 14yr well behaved nephew.

Ramsbottom is a semi rural area surrounded with farms and the pennine moors easy access to the northwest coast and lake district. Its 10 miles from manchester and 30 miles from and Liverpool and Leeds. Ramsbottom was built in 1806 by the Grant brothers, who were close friends of Charles Dickens who immortalised them in the novel Nicholas Nickleby, as the Cheeryble brothers. Ramsbottom is steeped in history and has great links to motorways and public transport. Great shops, restaurants, pubs. Rossendale dry ski is only 4 miles, leisure centre within walking distance.great neighbours who are very friendly and helpful we are sure you will love it.
