Our home

The flat is in Greater Manchester. It is a 2bedroom modern executive fourth floor apament within a popular development, The Radius , situated within the heart of Prestwich Village. You are within a short walk of Prestwich Metrolink Station providing superb links to Manchester City Centre , Bury Town Centre and Altrincham. Motorway access via junction 17 of the M 60 is on your doorstep leading to the nearby cities of Leeds and Leeds to name but a coup,e along with the beautiful nearby Peak District and Lake District. My husband works in Manchester during the week and tends to travel home to Glasgow each weekend. He moved into the flat a month ago and the flat has been redecorated throughout. There are 2double bedrooms’ one of which has an ensuite with a shower. There is a separate bathroom. There is a 25 ft lounge/kitchen area which has modern appliances including built in fridge freezer dishwasher and microwave. There is a small balcony off the lounge which has a table and 2chairs and enjoys views over Manchester. The flat has all mod cons, a 43inch television with Netflix along with wifi.
The apartment is surrounded by amenities which include the precinct and all its many bars, eareries and shops. There is a nearby Tesco superstore, nearby Heaton Park. The apartment would also cater for those in need of wheelchair access as the front door access is wide and there is full lift access to the property. There is beautifully maintain d internal courtyard which is securely accessed for local residents
