Our home

Our end of terrace house was built around 1910 and has lots of character. We have three bedrooms, two double and a single bedroom. One of the doubles is in the converted loft, and has an ensuite. We also have a family bathroom. a living room, and kitchen diner. We have a driveway you can use. Our garden is 40 ft long, west facing, with lawn, a seating area which is a suntrap in the morning at the end of the garden, and seating on the decking by the house where we get the sun in the afternoon and evening.

Property features

Who we are

  1. We are a couple with grown up children; a son of 22 and a daughter of 20 who will come with us. We would therefore like to stay somewhere with 3 bedrooms.

  2. Ric is an artist and Vanessa has a business consultancy.

  3. We both love music, and the arts, and our home reflects that.

There is a good children's park 2 mins walk away, and the beach is 10 minutes walk away, with a good cafe, play area, and lagoon with watersports. The train to london talks under 1 hour.
