Our home

We love our home and am sure you will too.
It is a modern spacious airy house in the heart of historic Caerwent.
The house has a lovely garden which you can enjoy from the large conservatory.
It can comfortably sleep 8 having 4 Double Bedroms - all with their own bathroom!
The dining room seats 8 at our elegant marble dining table.
The kitchen is modern and spacious with a breakfast bar leading into the Conservatory.
Large double garage and off road parking.

Who we are

  1. We are a professional couple whose children have fled the nest. We like to use our new found freedom to do as much travelling as possible - but do not have unlimited budget - hence the reason for being on this site!
    We care about our home so instinctively would care about anyone's we exchanged with. We have now done two successful exchanges and really bl=eileve we will be exchanging for many years to come!

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

Caerwent village is of real Roman historic interest with some lovely walks.
It is close to the Celtic Manor resort where the 2010 Ryder Cup was held
If you are a golfer it is paradise with the Celtic Manor only 10 minutes away . Also there is the excellent Marriot St Pierre even closer.

Bristol and Cardiff are only 30 minutes drive so some high class shopping close by.

The picturesque Wye valley with Tintern Abbey is 15 minutes drive.

Further afield London is 1.5 hours drive.
