Our home

Luxury home with four double bedrooms, three tiered garden with a large balcony offering stunning views. The house is located within close proximity of the award winning Sandbanks beaches.

A well maintained four bedroom detached house with spacious accommodation spread over three floors. There is a large lounge area (two triple sofas) with sliding doors leading onto a large balcony. Adjoining the lounge is a dining room which can seat eight people which also has sliding doors leading into the garden. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.

Who we are

My name is Irene and I am a Registered General Nurse with three grown up children who do not live at home anymore.. I have a large house in a beautiful area. I have successfully exchanged several times before and really valued the experiences. I am keen to participate in another home exchange to enhance my travel experience.

The property is located just a 20-25 minute walk away from the European Blue Flag awarded beaches of Sandbanks which stretch from the entrance to Poole Harbour in the West, seven miles along the bay to Hengistbury Head in the East. Within close proximity are the shores of Poole Harbour, now recognized as the second largest natural harbour in the world. With its five excellent yacht clubs offering superb water based facilities and one of the finest windsurfing areas in Europe, Sandbanks is one of the most desirable locations in Britain. The house is also located less than a minutes walk away from the well renowned Parkstone Golf Course. The nearby A31 gives easy access to the M27 and M3 whilst Bournemouth International Airport provides flights to many European destinations. From Poole and Bournemouth there is a direct rail link to London Waterloo in approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes.
