Who we are

  1. We are a married couple in our late 30s/early 40s who are both professionals. Adrian is Irish/English, 43 and a Careers Guidance Counsellor, freelance travel writer and PR consultant. See www.prguru.co.uk, www.cvguru.co.uk and in the near future; www.travelguru.org.uk for more info about the auhor and your potential host!

Lorelei is from Belize, Central America and is 39. We have no children (still trying but my wife thinks not hard enough!) and love to travel when we can but only for short periods.

We are looking for somewhere to spend our summer vacation, preferably by the sea somewhere in Europe for the whole of August 2008 - do you have the perfect place?

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

A quiet suburban area with good local shops and connections to London via train and/or bus. A park at the end of the road called Winn Common and several other parks and woodlands within a short distance (very rare for London). The famous Bluewater shopping mall is within 20 mins drive and we are on the borders of Kent, the garden of England, within easy reach of the coast and France beyond. Ebbsfleet International train station is 15 minutes drive where you can get the Eurostar to Paris which only takes 2 hours!

The West End is within a 30 minute train ride also with all the attractions that London is famous for. Come to Greenwich! It's the centre of the universe!
