Our home

Our cosy cottage was built around 1830 and extended and completely modernised 12 years ago. More recently the kitchen and bathrooms were updated again.
The cottage sits on a bank overlooking the Medway valley and has extensive views. It is in a narrow lane with very little passing traffic and there are just six other houses nearby.
The sitting/dining room is a comfortable size with an Inglenook fireplace, oak flooring and modern 3-piece furniture that recline, and a modern oak dining table with six chairs.
Large TV with full Sky/BT reception.
The kitchen has a dining area with beautiful views over the valley.
It is fully fitted with an AGA ( off in the summer), a second kitchen/ utility room has a split level electric cooker for summer use.
The large master bedroom has en suite bathroom, bedroom two is a decent size , they both have extensive country views . Bedroom 3 is smaller and we use it for storage.
There is a further shower/toilet.
The pretty gardens are great to sit in and enjoy the views and the quiet.
