Our home

We offer a very smartly decorated, light and airy, 2 bedroom first floor apartment in London, which would sleep 4 people, as both bedrooms are double but it may be more comfortable for 2 people (or 2 adults plus 2 children). The lounge is large and the rest of the apartment is average size. All modern amenities included as well as a luxury bathroom. We have a lovely roof terrace with access down to a large garden. Parking space outside for 2 cars on the drive or road. A car could be made available.

Property features

Who we are

  1. Rob and Emma are 40 and 35 respectively. We have lived here happily for 8 years and work in London, Emma in PR, Rob in the music/brands area of marketing. We enjoy travelling and have visited countries all over the world. We both enjoy snowboarding and diving and Rob also loves football and golf. We haven't done a home exchange but our best friends have and recommended this site. We do have a particular time we'd like to go away (26/27/28th Aug for 2 weeks but are open to other dates. Destination ideally in Europe (very interested in Coatia) but anywhere considered. We may also be interested in something longer next feb/march maybe for 2 months.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

Palmers Green is a nice suburb of north London - only a 12 min train plus 15 minute tube to get into the centre of London (25 mins total). It is nicely situated to enjoy the delights of central London and yet offer some peace and tranquility of being in a nice suburb. Lots of possibilities to explore the home counties around London. We live on a beautiful wide tree lined street in an Edwardian (1901-1910) era area with a park at the end of the road and the train station into London is just around the corner (6 mins door to platform). Other parks are nearby also. It is a nice quiet area but only two streets away from local shops, restaurants, pubs etc. Winchmore Hill village is a mile or so walk away along 'millionaires row' offering a very upmarket feel with boutique shops, pubs, restuarants and cafes. If you would like to see it on googlemaps type in the UK postcode N13 4RJ.
