Who we are

  1. We are a family of four with two girls aged 11 and 7 called Kitty and Lila. Vicky is a Knowledge Manager for a large accountancy firm and Ian is the main child carer. We love living in Norwich after having lived in London for many years. It is a great place to live with all the attractions of a good sized city and the sea and the countryside being very close. Our house is perfect for a family but a couple would be very comfortable too. We are relatively new to house exchange and ideally want to swap with a family also in Europe. We love the outdoors, cycling, bird watching and lunch in seaside and country pubs. We hope you would enjoy it here too!

Your neighbourhood

Our house is situated just outside the historic centre of Norwich with its medieval Cathedral, castle, museums, riverside attractions, shopping, parks, restaurants and award winning pubs. Norwich is famous for its real ale pubs being voted UK Real Ale Capital of 2014. The shopping is great, with the cobbled streets of The Lanes being recognized as the best independent shopping district in the UK in 2014.
Norfolk is a lovely rural county with the Broads, Georgian market towns and the untouched Norfolk coastline within easy driving distance.
Cambridge is a short train journey and there are trains to London once an hour, being an hour and 50 minutes into central London. Norwich International is the nearest airport being 10 minutes drive from the house with regular flights to Schipol and other European cities.
