Our home

Comfortable and spacious bungalow in quiet cul-de-sac location. Approximately 1 mile walk to the historic village of Warkworth. Walks along the River Coquet and the beaches of Northumberland on the doorstep. This is a four bedroom bungalow with large kitchen diner including recently fitted kitchen and electric and gas Aga / living space with separate living area. We are in the process of modernising so the bathroom is a little 80s style ! but perfectly functional with 4 piece suite. The ensuite has a new shower fitted. Large private garden, garage and ample parking. Very much a lived in house so children welcome.

Who we are

We are a married couple with two children aged ten and three. We are clean, tidy and reliable and will look after your home. We are house exchange novices and looking for an exchange in the school summer holidays. Car available if required,well behaved pets welcome.
