Our home

Recently built spacious home designed and built by us to high specification. Oak, granite and slate throughout. The lounge has an imposing cathedral ceiling with views over the garden and our neighbouring field. The conservatory has a glass roof which is great for star-gazing on clear nights. We have a large garden and adjoining field where our five chickens roam freely.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

Situated on the edge of a pleasant village, which has a few shops and a traditional Welsh pub. Murton is located on the Gower Peninsula, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Gower is famed for its stunning beaches and rugged coastline, as well as its unspoilt countryside. From our house there is a pleasant walk through conservation woodland to the nearest beach and on to the coastal path. The historic fishing village of Mumbles is close by, with its numerous shops, galleries and restaurants. The City of Swansea is home to a thriving marina development, National Swimming Pool and National Waterfront Museum. The Brecon Beacons Mountains are about 45 mins away by car and there are excellent road and rail links to Cardiff (capital of Wales, 50 mins) and London (3 hrs).
