Myself and my husband are both teachers and so we have 2 months off in the summer which we would like to spend abroad. We have 1 daughter and 2 sons who are still at school studying. My daughter is hoping to travel to America next year for her year in industry and so we would love the opportunity to also travel to America!

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

We live in the countryside between Tynan, Middletown in the North and Glaslough and Monaghan in the south. In the local village there is a pub post office and shop where everyone is very friendly and welcoming. TheCastle Leslie Estate is a couple of miles away in Glaslough where you can ride horses or spend time in the Spa. A highlight is also the afternoon tea at the castle! Monaghan is a beautiful town about 6 miles away where there are lots of boutiques , pubs, restaurants and nightclubs. There is also a big country festival and blues festival during the summer. We are also about 10 minutes from Armagh which is full of historical buildings. We are 1 hr from Belfast and 90 minutes from Dublin.
