Our home

You will love this end of terrace regency style house in Lymington.

It has got its own private walled garden. It is located in a very nice pretty development with lawns and mature trees.
The house has been recently completely updated and tastefully decorated. It is a home, with the British "cosyness" as well as a French touch !

The open plan living room makes it spacious.

There are 2 bedrooms available. The main bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom a single bed. There is one bathroom with bath/shower and a cloakroom and second toilet on the ground floor.

We like to keep it a non smoking house if you don't mind, but the charming back garden may be used for those who wish to smoke

Who we are

  1. We are a couple Michael and Florence, one English the other French, both very active. We enjoy travelling and showing people around our beautiful area. We have had many people to stay and they have all left enchanted.

We prefer non-simultaneous exchanges as they are easier to organise. We are currently looking for an exchange for skiing next March - 2017 and somewhere warm beside a beach in February and April.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

Lymington is one of the main sailing areas of the uk and there are several marinas on the river. You will find pubs, ship chandlers and fine restaurants around the quay on the riverside.

There are ferries to the isle of Wight for an interesting day out.

You will find a parade of shops three minutes walking from the house, with fish and chips, Indian, Pizza, ,and Chinese take away and a conveniance store. There is a huge park, within walking distance, with tennis court and swings.

A Waiitrose store is about 0.6 mile away, so is the top of the high street.

The house is only 1 mile from the sea with plenty open space to walk or cycle and enjoy the scenery .

There are fabulous walks all over the New Forest or along the sea side. There are several fine golf courses in the area too.

Nature is all around.
