Our home

Our newly converted barn is bright and great for entertaining, it is spacious and clean and easy to look after. Underfloor heating and log burning stove to make a cosy atmosphere. Lovely small garden with stream running through and decking for BBQ and meals outside. We have a lovely wendy house and play area for the children. Fox barn is on the edge of a farm with charming neighbours and lovely views. THere are 2 childrens' bedrooms, one has bunk beds and the other has twin beds. The other bedrooms are all double and a comfortable size.

Who we are

My 6yr old daughter and I live with our lovely dog Coco in Fox Barn and we have lots of friends and family to stay at weekends and in the holidays as the house is perfect for entertaining. I write gluten and dairy free cookery books and my daughter is at school and love to ride a pony and play in the garden. We go for lovely walks and often see deer in our forest and many other wild animals, flowers, birds and butterflies. In the summer there are lots of fetes and festivals and it is very cultural. We go to London too which is 3hrs on the train.

We are only 15 minutes from Ludlow which is famous for it's Castle and markets, Michelin star restaurants, riverside pubs and cafes. Fantastic area for biking and walking around the hills and forests and on into Wales. Lovely fishing villages and beaches within 2hrs on the Welsh coast. Other historic cities of Shrewsbury, Worcester and Hereford. There are many castles and other historic sites to visit and beautiful gardens. There are tennis courts and leisure centers for swimming and near by golf course and horse racing at Ludlow race course.
