The bungalow is fully central heated, has a lounge with a gas fire, dining room leading to the sun room, bathroom, kitchen leading to a breakfast room/conservatory. The kitchen is modern and is fully equipped with washing machine, dish washer, micro wave, fridge,freezer and a gas controlled oven.
We have a fully enclosed garden and patio with garden furniture. There is also a computer with broadband and unlimited access for your use.
Alf and I are retired teachers (non-smoking), living in Lowestoft on the border of Suffolk and Norfolk. We are experienced home exchangers and are interested in the Eastern States of America in 2009.

Lowestoft is the most easterly town in the U.K. Our home is a compact semi detached 2 bedroomed bungalow in a quiet cul-de-sac and is only minutes from the town and the beach. There is a regular bus service to the town centre from the top of the road.
We would like to exchange cars. Our car, currently an automatic Vauxhall Estate would be available for your use.
The Suffolk Heritage Coast and the Norfolk Broads are only a few minutes away. The beautiful cities of Norwich and Cambridge are within easy access and London is 2 hours away by train. It is only a 40 min drive to Norwich which has an International Airport. A low cost airline operates from there which is very convenient for taking trips to the Continent.
