At the moment I am looking for a place to exchange in Venice between 27 December 2015 and 3 January 2016 (-/+ 1 or 2 days) for myself and 2 friends. Would prefer a simultaneous exchange, but not simultaneous would be considered as well depending on the dates.

Many thanks.

Best regards,

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

Ideally located very central West End / Covent Garden London flat but in a quiet street only a minute away from the Royal Opera House and close to all the West End theatres. Only moments away from the British Museum, National Gallery and National Portrait Gallery, and walking or easy access to all the major London attractions (Houses of Parliament and Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, St Paul's, London Eye, Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus, Soho, Tate Modern and Tate Britain, Saatchi Gallery, etc.) and parks. Very close to numerous great restaurants and cafes, bars, pubs, markets (Portobello, Spitalfields, Camden, Borough, Leadenhall markets are all within easy reach on public transport) and shopping (Bond Street, Regent Street and Oxford Street shopping areas are all within a walking distance from my place).

Easy access from and to Heathrow airport (50 minutes) on the direct Piccadilly 'tube' line to Covent Garden station and only 10-15 minute bus or taxi ride from all major train station (e.g., Eurostar terminal at St Pancras station or Liverpool Street station). Extremely good transport connections (tube and buses) to all other parts of London if you fancy exploring London further afield. London bike hire scheme is a minute away from the flat, too.
