Our home

Our lovely large London house has three double bedrooms with elegant showers on each level. It was built in 1885 and has many original features. The style in minimalist and fitted to the highest specifications. We have a landscaped garden complete with a large hot tub kept at 37.5 C.
The master bedroom has an on-suite and has views over one of Greenwich's most lovely parks. The house is warm has a large LED TV which is sleek and fitted into a cove not to dominate the room. We have marble surfaces and and outdoor deck with BBQ and outdoor wood stove to sit around. There is a large dining room and downstairs toilet.

My girlfriend and I bought the home in 2014 and gutted it last year so everything is new yet keeping it's 19th century character. We love our house and will treat yours with the utmost responsibility as we know how much our homes means to us.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

We live in South Greenwich in an area called New Eltham which is 22 minutes to central London from the train at the top of the road. Despite being so close to the city we have lots of parks and better air in one of the greenest parts of London. Charming Blackheath village is just 3 miles away and Greenwich village (4 miles) with the Royal barracks, maritime museum and cute riverside pubs roughly the same.

One of Londons best parks backs onto the road we live on. You can watch the sunset over the park from the bedroom balcony. We have fantastic pubs in Chistlehurst village a mile away and there are Greek and Indian restaurants a two minute walk away at the top of the road.

One thing we don't have is a car, like many people in London, as you can't drive in the city during the week (congestion area) but public transport in London is quick and regular.
