Our home

This is the first place I own and I put a lot of love and effort in the last year to make it feel like home. It's cosy and comfortable and I hope everyone will feel that way here.

It's a one-bedroom ground floor flat in a two-story Georgian house. The bedroom has a king-size bed and there is also an inflatable mattress for a third person. It has a little garden for those occasional sunny days in London, kitchen with all amenities, walk-in wardrobe, wireless internet, 42-inch TV, surround sound system.

Property features

Who we are

  1. I'm a purchasing manager for a big tanker company and have lived in London for 11 years now. I travel a lot for work and fun, mostly in Europe and several times a year to the US. I went to LA for the first time last year and would love to explore more of California.

I love London and would like everyone who is visiting to enjoy it, so let me know what information you need - I will provide it for you.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

The place is very central and is 5min walk from two underground stations - Oval and Kennington, which are on the Northern Line. It takes about 15min to get to Central London and all the interesting places to visit - Big Ben and the Parliament, Westmister Abbey, the London Eye, Trafalgar Square, Piccadilli, Leicester Square, Soho.

There is a park nearby with tennis courts. If you're looking for good restaurants and bars, it's near the popular area of Clapham and if you're into clubbing, one of the best places in London - Vauxhall - is about 10min walk from here.

I can arrange a bicycle hire for you, as well as travelcards for all public transport for the time you're here. I will leave a lot of information about where to go together with maps, routes and anything else you'd want to know.
