Our home

We live in a a Victorian terraced house with lots of period features in a vibrant friendly area of north London. On the ground floor we have a sitting room with an open fireplace, a stereo and cable TV. The kitchen has a comfortable eating area, lots of storage and wooden work tops and opens onto the garden. There is a second sitting room which also opens onto the garden which we use as a playroom. There is a futon in there for extra visitors. On the 1st Floor we have a large spare room with a queen bed, a childrens room currently with a cot and cot bed and a single bedroom/ study. There is a bathroom with bath and shower and the washing machine and dryer. On the 2nd Floor is a large bedroom with queen bed and ensuite shower and toilet. We have a garden with decking and grass, and a barbecue.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

Crouch End is a vibrant, friendly enclave in north London with a village like feel. We have lots of independent shops, supermarkets, good restaurants and cafes and gastro pubs as well as parks, a swimming pool and most amenities on our door step. We are close to Alexandra Palace from where you can find panoramic views of the city. It is home to families with excellent schools and many young professionals.

The transport links are good. 2 mins walk will take you to direct links to the Picadilly and Victoria Line to Covent Garden and Oxford Circus. 7 mins walk will take you to Hornsey train station which runs to Moorgate and Kings Cross.
