Our home

Our home is a comfortable, clean, spacious terraced house in a ideal location. It comprises of 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with the main bedroom also having the benefit of an ensuite bathroom. One of the other bedroom is set up as nursery for our child but it still has a single bed. The downstairs comprises of a open plan lounge and dining area with large white leather sofa and dining table and chairs. There is also a flat screen TV with cable as well as a computer for your use with high speed broadband.
The kitchen leads on from the dining area and is less than a year old. on from the kitchen we have double doors opening onto our garden which has numerous plants and also a BBQ.

Who we are

We are Justian and Louise, we are a married couple in our mid thirties with a 3 year daughter and another 1 month old daughter. I am Australian and my wife is English. I am a property developer in London but I miss Australia and where I grew up in Cronulla. We both love Australia and want our children to also experience its beauty and are hoping to do house swap with someone from Cronulla but at the same time let someone else experience our house and all that London and Wimbledon has to offer.
We are also open to other parts of the world but are hoping to find someone suitable to come and stay at our house and vice versa anytime between January and April 2013.

The property is located in Raynes Park which is 5mins away from Wimbledon. It is a only a couple of minutes walk away from the train network that can get you into central London in 20mins. It is also close to the restaurants and shops of Raynes Park and only 10mins away from Wimbledon Common and the famous Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Club.
Our street has many young families but also houses young professionals due to its excellent transport links.
With the use of our car you are very close to Surrey and all its beautiful historic villages.
If you are planning a weekend trip to europe we are also in an excellent location for accessing Heathrow or Gatwick Airports.
