Our home

Our flat is sun filled haven in the heart of residential Chelsea with wonderful river views. It is a second home which we use as a Pied-a-Terre when we are in London, so non-simultaneous exchanges are fine for us. It has a sitting room with 7 south facing windows over the Thames and beautiful dining table which seats 8, a big double bedroom, a small kitchen and a new bathroom. It is on the 2nd floor and there is no lift. It is a little gem, traditionally decorated. It is a peaceful, comfortable escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Who we are

  1. We live in the countryside about an hour outside of London. I have an11 year old daughter and we use the flat for special London treats - to go to the theatre, see shows or exhibitions and just to see friends or enjoy wondering through the city. My daughter loves to cycle in Battersea Park which is just opposite on the other side of the river. We have spent many happy times in the Flat and it is a special haven for us. I am English but studied in the Boston and worked in Manhattan for ABC News before moving to Paris and then back to England.

Chelsea is considered one of London's most exclusive neighbourhoods and Cheyne Walk is considered one of Chelsea's most prestgious streets! Cheyne Walk has been home to many great british artists, painters, writers and aristocrats including Mick Jagger and Marianne Faithful, the Rothschilds, Turner, Vaughan Williams, Whistler, Emily Pankhurst, J P Getty and the list goes on! The nearest restaurant is Gordon Ramsay's! It is a pretty and historically interesting corner of the city. It is minutes from the Kings Road and some of London's top shops and restaurants. There is a bus stop 1 min away and the nearest tube is Sloane Square. There is also a river bus stop 1 minute away at Cadogan Pier.
