ONLY COPENHAGEN SWAP CONSIDERED

A smart, fully-refurbished and stylish ground-floor apartment situated on a quiet family-friendly cul-de-sac of classic Georgian London townhouses - less than four minutes walk from West Norwood station.

The generously-sized one-bedroom property has a large front room, a light and airy bedroom, in addition to a newly-refitted kitchen and a newly-landscaped split-level private garden with barbecue. The flat also has a hallway/study and separate bathroom/toilet.

The property would suit someone interested in music; it houses a collection of 6,000 CDs (mostly classical) and a high-end stereo system with vinyl record player. It has wi-fi and central heating.

I'm looking to swap the flat long-term for a property in Copenhagen from July 2016.

Who we are

  1. I'm a freelance music journalist living in Copenhagen nearing the end of a successful swap. I have taken care and time to refurbish my property to a high standard and would take the same care to ensure I respect your property in return.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

West Norwood is a quiet, friendly suburb of south London that has recently undergone a major street redesign scheme and has a brand new library and leisure centre (as of summer 2014). These, and three 'metro' supermarkets, pubs and restaurants are situated just seconds' walk from the apartment which is tucked in a desirable cul-de-sac in front of a green area.

Four trains per hour leave West Norwood station for London Victoria (20 mins) and four to London Bridge (14 mins). There are numerous buses into London and nearby Brixton (10 mins), situated at the foot of the London Underground Victoria Line.
