Our home
Having lived in London for over 20 years, we couldn't quite give the city up when we moved back to Canada. We bought this flat as our home away from home, in the neighbourhood we had lived in and enjoyed so much. The Little Venice/Maida Vale area has a very neighbourly feel about it, many green scenic outdoor spaces, but also within central London. The flat is less than 5 minutes walk from Warwick Avenue Tube Station, twelve minutes walk to Heathrow Express and about fifteen minutes walk to Oxford Street - in other words the flat is in the central part of London.

Little Venice is a hidden gem in Central London. Minutes from Paddington Station the connection to Heathrow is excellent. This is the area where the houseboats moor along the canal ways of central London, remember the opening scene from "Fish Called Wanda". The apartment is about 15 minutes walk to Regents Park as well as Hide Park and it is situated in a very safe and quiet area of London. The apartment also has access to a huge private communal garden that allows for some relaxation after a day out in London. A great place to experience London from and still find a quiet relaxing atmosphere. Also a great launching pad for day trips to the rest of the UK and Europe due to its proximity to Heathrow, major North London Railway Stations and the Eurostar terminal at St. Pancras.
