Our home

We offer a bright and modern apartment very near the centre of London, within 5 minutes walk of Arsenal Station, Piccadilly Line (which also serves Heathrow Airport. It has two comfortable bedrooms, a kitchen with modern appliances, and a living-room-dining room. This is a service flat with a porter, and there is a roof garden which some people use for barbecues.

Property features

Who we are

  1. I am Renata, and I work at Cambridge University in Research Funding. Me and my 2 children, Marco (10) and Lara (8) love to travel and would like to be able to spend a few weeks somewhere nice, sunny and preferable near a beach. Southern Europe but we are also open to anywhere new. The London flat is a second home, so we are quite flexible with dates and it does not need to be a simultaneous exchange. We also have a house in central Cambridge which we could offer to exchange as well. If you would like to see the pictures, please let me know and I can send them to you.

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

Drayton Park borders on Islington, one of the liveliest and most fashionable London boroughs. In a few minutes's walk you can reach Upper Street, a centre of North London night life, with its bars, restaurants (Italian, Greek, Indian, Chinese etc), as well as a theatre (the Almeida) and a cinema. Even nearer, Highbury Grove is like a village swallowed by the city, with a main street on which you can find one of the best cheese shops in London and an excellent Turkish restaurant (Iznik).
