Our home

We live in a beautiful, terraced Victorian house, which we have recently renovated, to include a converted basement, into a playroom/media room with ensuit shower room and a king sized sofa bed. It consists of four bedrooms, with two being used as nurseries for our 2 year old daughter and 10 month old twins, another as a study, (this has a pull out double sofa bed.) The other has a super king sized bed. So there is room for 6 adults and 3 children (2 cots & 1 cot bed) All the rooms are generous for London standards and the house is spread over four floors, with a large eat in kitchen which can seat 10 people. This leads on to a small, but perfectly formed (and safe) patio garden! There is a double reception room at the front with huge comfy sofas. We are a very child friendly house and can provide stair gates for children if needed.

Property features

Who we are

  1. We are Hugh and Nina and our eldest daughter, Mia, is two and a half and have 10 month old twins Heath and Amelie. We are thirty-something professionals, who love to tavel. Hugh is a stockbroker and I was a Deputy Head Teacher before having childen. As there are quite a few of us to consider when travelling, we will need very child friendly, safe environments to visit with child friendly activities nearby!

Where is it?

Your neighbourhood

We live 1 minute away from the large Clapham Common, which has childrens' play areas, duck ponds, cafes and huge open spaces. We are also a short hop across the river (10 mins) from the delights of Chelsea and the Kings Road shopping area. We are on all major bus routes and there is a choice of overland trains (10 mins into the heart of London) or tube trains (about the same distance) If you don't want to get onto a train at night, there are many trendy bars and fine restuarants to choose from within 5 minutes walk from our home. (Northcote Road and Battersea Rise) A genuinely great London location!
