Our home

My apartment is very bright and spacious with a lovely sunny garden and terrace. It is a traditional Victorian London house, recently modernised so has every convenience. You can eat in the light filled dining room or on the terrace outside. There are 2/3 bedrooms - a huge one with a double bed, a second double bedroom and a third smaller room which can be used as a study or for sleeping. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room. There is an ensuite shower room and a sunny bathroom. The cellar houses the washing machine and drying area. The house itself is in the centre of Crouch end, a lively trendy area easily accessible from Central London. Happy to car swap.

Who we are

  1. I am a TV producer and my 16 year old daughter is still at school. We love eating out, watching movies, seeing friends and walking our lovely little dog in the local wood and parks. We would be travelling with one or two other friends or relatives.

Your neighbourhood

Crouch End is a very lively and popular area of London close to historic Hampstead Heath and Highgate Village. It's not grand but it is very trendy. We have lots of actors, writers and TV people (including myself) living here. Our house is a couple of minutes from the centre of the village which has over 40 restaurants from Chinese and Thai to French and Italian. There are some lovely old pubs, wine bars and coffee bars. There are many charming small shops selling clothes, antiques, food and gifts. We also have 4 of the best UK supermarkets and lots of small, local food shops as well including organic butchers and health food shops. A short walk away you will find three parks, Highgate Woods, an indoor and outdoor swimming pool and tennis courts. Central London is easily reached by bus and tube.
