Kentish town adjoins Camden town with its famous market, shops, bars, restaurants and thriving music scene venues. a short bus ride into central London's oxford street is in one direction and in the other direction north London's famous Hampstead heath and out-door lido open all year round. although called north London Kentish town is very central and has an excellent train, tube (subway) and bus system and it is easy to walk to regent's park along the canal and even Hyde park if you are feeling energetic and want to see the walk from north to central London via foot. there are many many bars, music venues, restaurants of every kind, market stalls as well as local shops not just in Camden but also in Kentish town where the number one prince of wales road development is located.
